He passed away at 12:40 p.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2009 in New Waverly.
Born January 20, 1991 in Logansport Indiana, to the parents of Elbert Hoover and Joreda Clouse.
A�Survivors include both parents, Elbert Hoover of Logansport, and Joreda Clouse of Kentucky. A�Preceded in death by maternal grandfather Carl Clouse, and maternal A�great-grandfather William Emory Zeider, and paternal great- grandfather Dale Emory Otto.
Pastor Chris Dunham will officiate the service.
