Bernice M. Hunt

Bernice M. Hunt, 91, of Huntington formerly of Thornhope and Winamac passed away at 1:20 a.m., Sunday, June 6, 2010 at Hickory Creek of Huntington.
Born on January 9, 1919 in Altoona, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Clyde L. and Marie (Felty) Thomas. On November 19, 1960 she married Raymond Hunt and he preceded her in death on July 5, 1978.
She was a 1951 graduate of Altoona Pennsylvania Bible College and she was a member of Main St. United Methodist Church in Logansport.
Bernice retired from the H.W. Gossard Company in Logansport as a seamstress.
Survivors include sisters, Alice V. Wilson of Altoona, Pennsylvania and Ellen Louise Wilson of Georgetown, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Gladys Thomas.
Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
