Betty R. Pfaff, 91, of Logansport, passed away at 6:14 p.m. on Monday, August 19, 2024, at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born on February 10, 1933, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Ruth (Parker) Anweiler.
She retired from Waste Management where she worked in the office for several years.
Betty was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, and she enjoyed bowling, playing bingo, shopping, garage sales, and occasionally going to the casino. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her son, Donald "Bud" Pfaff & his wife Diana of Logansport. Grandchildren include her granddaughters, Sharon (Joe) Solowey of Galveston, Anna Bueno of Logansport & grandsons, Matthew Hampton of Florida, Ted (Janet) Hampton of Minnesota & Christopher (Amanda) Hampton of Alabama.
Her great grandchildren include, Andrew & Parker Solowey, Jasmine, Isabella, Abram Bueno & Scarlett Gunter, Sara Wagner, Bethany Hampton, Andrew & Michael Hampton.
She is also survived by five great-great grandchildren & several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Pfaff, Sr., stepdaughter, Sharyon Boswell, and brothers, Donald, Walter Jr., Larry, and Clarence Anweiler.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m.,Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at St. James Lutheran Church, 430 9th St., Logansport, with Pastor Scott Woodhouse officiating.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 26, 2024, at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport.
Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. James Lutheran Church.
