Bobby G. Crane, 87, of Logansport passed away at Hickory Creek Healthcare Center in Peru.
Born on September 23, 1934 in Peru, he was the son of the late Robert Crane and Sylvia (Derringer) Henry.
He was a 1953 Bunker Hill High School graduate.
Bobby was a U.S. Navy veteran.
On May 25, 1955 he married Roberta Mathis. She preceded him in death on October 21, 2012.
Bobby retired from Chrysler in Kokomo and was also a UAW retiree.
He especially enjoyed music and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his children, Karla Gebhardt (Steve) of Logansport, Steven A. Crane (Florie) of Winamac, Kathryn Shedron of Logansport and James Crane (Stephanie) of Logansport, sisters, Glenda Williams (Bill) and Carol O’Quinn (Sam) both of Florida, brother in law, Terry Larson of Carmel and good friend Steve Michaels and many others who he enjoyed playing music with. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by daughter, Kelly, brothers, William and Jack Crane and sisters, Patty Burns, Mary Henry, Sandra Yelmene, Beverly Clark, Joyce Larson, Maryjane Henry and Bonnie Jo Henry.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport.
Pastor Richard Olson will be officiating.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
Burial with military rites will be performed at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Cass County Humane Society.
