Brenda L. Williams

Brenda L. Williams, 66, of Logansport passed away surrounded by family at 9:11 p.m., Sunday, January 14, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born on August 11, 1957 in Logansport, she was the daughter of Richard and Alice (Polly) Hankee.

Brenda formerly worked at Controls in Logansport.

She enjoyed playing bingo, crafts, garage sales, reading, playing cards and rolling dice.

Brenda helped at least the lives of two people by being an organ donor.

Survivors include her mother, Alice Hankee, son, Jeremy Elpers, daughter, Jenny Thein (Jim), brother, Richard Hankee (Laurie) and sisters, Deborah Higgins (Jeff), Lori Hankee Myers and Margie Foster. She is also survived by several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and her brother, Roger Hankee.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 19, 2024 at the Logansport Church of Christ, 2347 Burlington Ave., Logansport.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
