Carmel M Grusenmeyer

Carmel M. (Ricci) Grusenmeyer, 93, of Logansport passed away at 8:38 a.m., Sunday, August 31, 2014 at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born on May 8, 1921 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Americo and Mary (LeDonne) Ricci.
She attended St. Joseph’s Parochial School and was a Logansport High School graduate. Carmel also graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. degree.
She had formerly worked for the Indiana Unemployment Agency in Logansport and Indianapolis. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.
Survivors include her brother, Dr. C. Robert Ricci and his wife Rita of Kokomo. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her late husband, Lawrence “Dutch” Grusenmeyer.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 4, 2014 at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Michael McKinney officiating.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Marocco- Rans Funeral Chapel. There will also be a Scripture Service at 7:00 p.m.
Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
