She died at 5:00 a.m., Monday, February 02, 2009 at her residence.A�A�
Born on April 30, 1917 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Mary (Tambascia) Forte.A�A�
Catherine was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and a graduate of St. Josephchr(39)s Commercial School.A� She enjoyed books, writing and walking.A�A�
She retired in 1975 from the New York State Governorchr(39)s Office under Gov. Rockefeller serving as Secretary and Tour Guide.A�A�A�
Survivors include sister, Josephine D. Forte of Logansport and nephews, Robert N. Sabatini of Logansport and Gerald Donato Fitz of Monticello.A�A�
She was also preceded in death by brother, Nicholas Forte, sisters, Incoronate Sabatini, Armenia Frese and Angeline Fitz.A�A�
