Cecil Stewart Teel, 67, of Tucson, Arizona formerly of Royal Center, Indiana died at 10:20 a.m. Thursday, January 18, 2007 at the Tucson Medical Center, Tucson, Arizona. Born on February 7, 1939 in Galesburg, Illinois. He was the son of the late Cephus S. and Agnes M. (Etnier) Teel. Cecil retired as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. He was a 1957 Graduate of Royal Center High School and member of the Tucson F& AM. Since his retirement Cecil spent his time between Tucson and Rocky Point, Mexico. Survivors include 1 Son, Terry Teel of Heyworth, Illinois, 2 Daughters Kristin Rinkenberger (Charles) of Morton, Illinois and Talma Brown of Springfield, Illinois, and 1 Sister, Louise Patty (Dean) of Royal Center, Indiana, and 2 Grandchildren, Teel and Bryce Rinkenberger of Morton, Illinois. Mr. Teel was cremated in Tucson, Arizona with Memorial Services to be set at a later date. Harrison-Metzger Funeral Homes, 304 S. Chicago St. Royal Center, Indiana handled arrangements.
