Cynthia Ann Raber

Cynthia (Cindy) had a major heart attack on Monday, March 29th. This was followed by multiple strokes. She succumbed to these, passing away Tuesday, April13th in the Lafayette Franciscan Hospital at the age of 64.

Cindy was born March 31, 1957 in Lafayette, Indiana. Her parents were the late Mary (Righi) and Edgar Raber. She resided in Logansport most of her life. Surviving are a brother, Daniel, also of Logansport, and a sister Connie Thomas (Jim) of Kokomo.   She is also survived by a niece, a nephew, and several cousins.

Cindy graduated from Logansport High School in 1975. Following this, she graduated from a business college in Fort Wayne, IN. After graduation, she worked as a bank teller for many years.  Most recently, she worked as a clerk for 24 years at the Cass County Courthouse.

She was a member of the Calvary Presbyterian Church of Logansport. Cindy has enjoyed needle point for many years. She was also a lifelong IU basketball fan.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Rans Funeral Home & Crematory, Marocco Chapel in Logansport. The funeral service will be Monday April 19, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Reverend Jerry Van Auken will be conducting the service.  Entombment will be at the Ever Rest Memorial Park cemetery.
