David R. Feidner, 69, of Rochester passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at his residence.
Born on January 20, 1945 in Rochester, he was the son of the late Harley and Thelma (Holloway) Feidner.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
David was retired from Textron Industries in Rochester where he was employed for over 45 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing the guitar.
Survivors include his siblings, Martha Bryant of Auburn, Mary Todd of Darlington, Ruth McCullough of Dickson, Tennessee, M. Lorraine Moore of Smithville, Tennessee, Sylvia Hartshorne (Frank) of Salem, and Marion Feidner of Kewanna and sisters in law, Betty Feidner of LaPorte and Phyllis Feidner of Kewanna. David is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He is also preceded in death by brothers, Martin Feidner, George Feidner, Charles Feidner and Kurtis Feidner.
Services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Kewanna Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Burial with Military Rites will be performed at Grass Creek Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
