Ernest A. Birnell

Ernest A. “Ernie” Birnell, 59, of Logansport, passed away at 7:18 p.m., on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born on May 24, 1954, in Logansport, he was the son of the late John H. Birnell, and Gertrude P. (Thompson) Birnell.
Ernest enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and hunting.
Survivors include sons; Bradley W. Birnell(Teresa) and Steven M. Birnell both of Alabama, brothers; Royce Tharp of Fulton, and Mark Birnell of Walton, sisters; Nancy Keith (Duwayne) of Deer Creek, and Cheryl Jones of Walton, grandchildren, Emma P. Birnell and Tyler Easterling and friend, Karen Pearson of Logansport.
He was preceded in death by brothers; John M. Birnell, Edgar G. Tharp, and Roger Tharp.
There will be no visitation or services.
