Etta Kay Conrad

Etta Conrad, 67 of Logansport, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 1, 2023 at I.U. Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born January 10, 1956 in Knox, she was the daughter of the late Norman “Hoss” and Beverly (Johnson) Ream.

She was a 1974 Logansport High School graduate.

Etta formerly worked as store manager at Aldi Foods in Logansport. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Etta enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing and hanging out with her girlfriends. She enjoyed vacationing in Florida and loved walking the beach looking for turtles.

Survivors include her children, Robert “Bob” Conrad (Cathy), Brian Conrad (Kim) and Jackie Conrad (Justin Chanley), all of Logansport, brothers, Dennis Ream (Tanya) of Royal Center and Kenneth Ream of Burnettsville, sisters, Kimberley Hughes (David), Laura Forgey (Michael) and Cynthia Ream, all of Logansport and Barbara Korreckt of Walton. She is also survived by grandchildren, Jared Ehase (Kristin) of Logansport, Natallie Garrison (Parion) of Peru, Heaven Conrad, Destiny Austin, Caleb Conrad, Mickayla Conrad (Lucas), Baylee Conrad, John Conrad, all of Logansport and great granddaughters, Amara Ehase and Deliaha Neal.

She was also preceded in death by twin sister, Mary C. Anderson and brother, Jefferey Ream.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel in Logansport.
