Forrest W. Small, Jr., 55, of Logansport passed away at 4:24 p.m., Saturday, May 16, 2020 in Galveston.

Born on November 21, 1964 in Logansport, he was the son of Forrest W. Small, Sr. and Marilyn Crowell.

Forrest was a proud stay at home dad and he enjoyed gardening, collecting treasures and taking care of his many aquariums full of fish and his dog. Forrest never met a stranger and loved to help a person out. Forrest had a way of leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met with his robust laughs and ear piercing whistles.

He loved watching a good Nascar race and cheering on any football team that was playing against the Colts! Forrest enjoyed yard sale and bringing home all sorts of treasures. He took pride in his collection of knifes, swords and Legos.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Small of Logansport, children, Tabitha Small of Logansport, Jermiah Small of Logansport, Charles Hoesel of Alabama and Amber Piercy(Jerry) of Fort Wayne, father, Forrest W. Small, Sr. (Carol) of Columbia City, mother, Marilyn Hoesel-Jarvis of Logansport, sisters, Michelle Krock of Logansport and Tina Logan (Steve) of Royal Center and grandson Brandon Harris of Fort Wayne and several nieces, nephews aunts and uncles.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions in memory of Forrest can be made to the Cass County Humane Society, NAMI and/or Riley Children's Hospital.
