Helen Marie Timm

Helen Marie Timm, 72, of Logansport passed away peacefully at 7:15 a.m., Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Miller’s Merry Manor.

Born on January 8, 1944 in Logansport, she was the daughter of Glen and Dara (Draper) Miller.

Helen was a 1962 graduate of Burnettsville High School.

She formerly worked at Hildebrants, Myers Spring and Wal-Mart.

Helen enjoyed gardening, collecting dolls, and spending time with her family.  She was also an avid Colts and Peyton Manning fan.

Survivors include her children, Ernest Ballard Jr. (Carolyn) of Chicopee, Massachusetts, Kenneth Ballard of Logansport, Jacqueline Beebout (Bob) of Logansport, and Deborah McClory of Young America, mother, Dara Carpenter of Logansport, brother, Bruce J. Miller of Oklahoma, sisters; Ann Reedy of Arkansas, and Lorene Zech of Logansport, step children, Kim and Dan Minns of Peru, Dani Rae Tornetta of Beverly, New Jersey and Steven Timm of Wyandotte, Oklahoma,  grandchildren, Chris Ballard, Austin Ballard, Sydney Ballard, Carston Ballard, Grace Ballard, Lisa Rider, Jerrett Rider, Skylar Downs, Wyatt Beebout and Hunter Beebout, 2 great-grandchildren, Aliveah and Ethan, 16 step grandchildren, 8 step great grandchildren,2 step great great grandchildren and her beloved dog “Boomer”.

Helen was preceded in death by her father, Glen Miller and brother, Glenn Miller.

Services will be at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Marocco-Rans Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Larry Phillips officiating.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Peyton Manning’s Children’s Hospital.
