Jackson Eugene Sherwood

Jackson E. Sherwood was stillborn on June 2, 2014 at 3:36 p.m., in Cass County at Memorial Hospital in Logansport, Indiana.  He was the son of Michael and Keisha (Magee) Sherwood of Peru, Indiana.

His maternal grandparents are John and Kelley Magee of Royal Center, IN and his paternal grandparents are Nancy Sherwood (and the late Gary Sherwood) of South Bend, IN.  Also, his great grandparents are Dale and Kay Magee of Royal Center, IN and Pam Schroder (and the late Steve Schroder) of Lucerne, IN.

Jackson was already loved by so many people before he made his way into this world.  He is sadly missed by his Aunt, Katelin Magee of Indianapolis, IN; his Great Uncle Kyle and Great Aunt Lisa Schroder (cousins; Justin, Jacob & Brittney) of Rochester, IN. Also, he is missed by his Uncle Duke & Aunt Merryl Sherwood of South Bend, IN; Uncle John and Aunt Denise Sherwood (cousins; Nicole and John) Plainfield, IL; and Uncle Craig Sherwood, Indianapolis, IN.

Jackson was laid to rest on Friday, June 6, 2014, at a graveside service at Kistler Cemetery in Royal Center, IN. Dale Magee (Great Grandpa) conducted the service and offered a prayer.

When Jackson arrived in Heaven, he had a Grandpa and a Great Grandpa who were waiting for him with open arms.  They took him under their wings and will continue to love him and protect him.  Not a day goes by that we do not think of Jackson, and the love that we have for him only continues to grow.

We miss you so much, Jackson.  Until we meet again.  Just know that we love you, little man.
