Services for James W. Reed, 46, of Logansport will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday January 5, 2008 at Marocco Funeral Chapel, 119 E. Market St. in Logansport.
James went home to the Lord on Wednesday January 2, 2008 at 4:15 p.m. at Chase Center.
Born July 7, 1961 in Peru, he was the son of the late Edward Reed and Marlene (Brower) Reed, she survives.
James was a Graduate of Logansport High School, he had formerly worked at Exide, Marsh Grocery Store and Hansonchr(39)s Cold Storage, Logansport. He attended Helm St. Church of God, Logansport.
Survivors include his mother, Marlene J. Reed of Logansport, 1 son, Kyle Reed of Royal Center, sisters, Gwen Frank (David) of Logansport and Melissa Reed of Logansport, brother Steve Reed (Holly) of Logansport, half sister Traci Hipsher, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, two brothers, David and Edward, Maternal Grandmother, Catherine Brower and Paternal Grandparents, Harry and Catherine Reed.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday January 4, 2008 at Marocco Funeral Chapel, 119 E. Market Street in Logansport. Pastor Dean Snyder will officiate at the service and burial will be in Ever Rest Memorial Park.
