James L. Westbrook, 70, formerly of Logansport, passed away at 11:09 a.m., Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Huntington.

Born on September 11, 1943, in Birmingham, Alabama he was the son of the late Carl E. Westbrook and Loretta V. (Salters) Katz.

There will be no services.

Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
