Jeanne F. McKillip, 90, of Monticello passed away at 4:45 a.m., Sunday, November 17, 2013 at White Oak Health Campus in Monticello.
Born June 23, 1923 in Clinton Twp. Cass County, she was the daughter of the late Vance Murl and Faye (Barnsdale) Johns. On August 2, 1953 she married Frank E. McKillip and he preceded in death on June 29, 1999.
She was a 1941 Logansport High School graduate.
Jeanne was a homemaker and farm wife. She attended and was a former member of White Oak United Methodist Church. She also formerly worked at RBM in Logansport from 1941 until 1954.
Survivors include son, Gerald Edwin McKillip of Monticello, brother, Edward Johns (Mary Sue) of Richmond, nephew, Thomas Johns (Kristin) of Painsville, Ohio and cousin, Alice Janet Hinton, Tucson, Arizona.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Harrison-Metzger- Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel with Celebrant Carla Barker officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
Burial will be at Ever Rest Memorial Park in Logansport.
