Jeffery Allen Mitchell

Jeffery A. Mitchell, 67, of Winamac passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at home.

Born on May 17, 1957 in Logansport, he was the son of the late Raymond and Irene(Pletka) Mitchell.

Jeff was a self employed mechanic. He enjoyed working on things, attending the Power of the Past and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include his children, Jay Huff (Ann) of Macy, Joni Herring of Indianapolis, Jeffery Mitchel, Jr., (Tasha) of Star City and Keith Mitchell of Rochester, brother, Raymond “Jinx” Mitchell (Sue) of Kewanna, sisters, Betty Staller (George) of Twelve Mile, Laura Mitchell (Winamac) and Cindy Gudas (Albert) of Winamac, grandchildren, Katelin, Cara and Alex Popejoy, Austin Handy, Taylor Bean, Dakota Huff, Milo Perry, Olivia Huff, Max Huff and Wren Mitchell and great grandchildren, Shae Russo and Nova Bean.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Winamac Chapel, 110 N. Sally Dr., Winamac.
