Services for Jeffery Sullivan, 41, were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, January 16, 2007 in the chapel of Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.
He died at 4:28 p.m., Wednesday in Clarion N. Medical Center, Carmel.
Born January 15, 1965 in Logansport, he was the son of the late Jack and Sue (Poor) Sullivan.
Jeffrey had attended Logansport High School and most recently had worked as a Dry Wall Contractor for Napier Construction. He liked to cook and was also a fan of the Indianapolis Colts.
Surviving are companion Casey Hamilton; two sons, Jeffrey Hamilton and Jordan Sullivan; two daughters, Jasmaine and Jennifer Sullivan; four brothers, Randy Sullivan and his wife, Pam, Sierra Vista, Arizona, David Sullivan and his wife Kelly, Jack Sullivan and Brian Sullivan, all of Logansport.
Pastor Art Maloney officiated at the services. Burial was Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.
