Josephine "Jo Jo" M. (Scagnoli) Moore

Josephine M. “Jo Jo” (Scagnoli) Moore, 85, of Logansport passed away at 4:45 p.m., Friday, April 23, 2021 at her home.

Born on April 4, 1936 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Marfina (Marocco) Scagnoli.

On May 22, 1954 she married Donald J. Moore, he survives.

Jo Jo formerly owned and operated Moore’s Nail Salon for many years at her home.

She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and enjoyed spending time with family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Donald J. Moore of Logansport, sons, Donnie Moore (Susan Bowman) of Rensselaer and Michael Moore of Logansport, granddaughter, Shae Moore (Matt Myers) of Logansport, great grandchildren, Madison Berry, Alex Bell and Alyviah Vernon, brother, Frank Scagnoli of Logansport and sister, Edith Hildebrandt (Al) of Logansport.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Lindsay Moore, brothers, Albert Scagnoli, Guido Scagnoli, Raymond Scagnoli, Budgie Scagnoli and Fred Scagnoli and sisters, Mary Arvin, Julia Baker, Virginia Klippel and Joann Shinn.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday.

Memorial contributions can be made to All Saints Catholic Church and/or the American Cancer Society.
