Karen L. DuBois, 53, of Logansport formerly of Royal Center passed away at 1:25 p.m., Thursday, March 21, 2013 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Born on June 21, 1959 in Logansport, she was the daughter of Jerry and Doris (Landis) Cosgray.
Karen was a 1977 graduate of Pioneer High School and she enjoyed mushroom hunting, picking raspberries, cooking, and making jelly.
Karen was formerly employed at the Logansport State Hospital for 18 years and she had also worked at Bullshippers in Logansport.
Survivors include her companion, Michael K. Luckenbill of Logansport, daughter, Rachel Vaughan (Aaron) of Logansport, son, Michael C. Luckenbill of Greencastle, father, Jerry Cosgray (Eileen) of Royal Center, sisters; Suann Weimer of Lafayette, and Jerie Lin Pasko (Duane) of Palm Beach, Florida. She is also survived by grandsons; Evan and Zakkary Vaughan, also of Logansport.
Karen was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Cosgray.
Memorial Services will be held at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at New Beginning Church, 1236 Smith St., Logansport.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Doris Cosgray Scholarship Fund, in c/o Community State Bank in Royal Center.
