Kathy R. Scott-Douglass, 53, formerly of Logansport, died at 9:47 p.m., Friday March 23, 2012 in Galveston Texas.
Born September 26, 1958 in Logansport, she was the daughter of William and Phyllis (Davis) Scott.
Kathy was a 1977 graduate of Caston High School.
Survivors include her mother Phyllis Scott of Ft. Myers Florida, son Josh Douglass and wife Tiffany of Brazil Indiana, daughter Kristin Horn and husband Travis of Rochester Indiana, brothers; Larry Burns and wife Carol of Punta Gorda Florida, Don Burns of Heber Springs Arkansas, Greg Scott of Logansport, and sister, Deborah Scott Campbell and husband Craig of Fargo North Dakota. Kathy is also survived by grandchildren Madisyn and Andrew Douglass, and also Layne and Tanner Horn.
She was preceded in death by her father William N. Scott, brother; Michael Scott, and also grandson Trey Horn.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday March 30, 2012 at Marocco ' Rans Funeral Chapel with Dirk Raderstorf officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
