Larry O. Rogers, 66, of Royal Center passed away peacefully at 2:00 p.m, Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at home.

Born on March 14, 1957 in Rochester, he was the son of Merle and Carole (Brewer) Rogers.

He was a 1975 Pioneer High School graduate.

On February 14, 2015 he married Debra J. Morehouse, she survives.

Larry was a lifelong heavy equipment operator and mechanic.  He was a member of the Tipton F & AM Lodge and the Logansport Shrine Club.  Larry loved to tinker in his garage and was a jack of all trades.  He also enjoyed the outdoors and playing Euchre.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Rogers of Royal Center, mother, Carole Rogers of Logansport, son, Jeremy Rogers (Tina) of Monticello, brother, Terry Rogers (Tammy) of Royal Center, grandson, Jacob Priest (Shelby) of Reynolds and granddaughter, Lily Priest of Monticello.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by father, Merle Rogers, brother, Gary Rogers and sister, Pam Ellison.

Services will be at 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 26, 2024 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center with Pastor Richard McQuinn officiating.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Logansport Shrine Club.

The family has requested everyone in attendance to dress casual.
