LeRoy (Jr.) Mullins

Leroy Mullins Jr., 72, of Kewanna passed away unexpectedly at 12:34 a.m., Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Parkview Hospital in Ft. Wayne.
Born November 14, 1943 in Kewanna, he was the youngest of nine children. He was the son of the late Charles and Ida (Evans) Mullins. On December 4, 1963, he married Patricia A. (Lukas) Mullins, she survives.
He was a graduate of Grass Creek High School. He was also a U.S. Air Force veteran.
LeRoy formerly worked at Kennedy Space Center and Lockhead Martin, both in Florida. He enjoyed going to auctions.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia of Kewanna, sons, Randy L. Mullins (Michelle) of Spokane, Washington, Richard L. Mullins (Robin) of Winter Park, Florida, Ryan L. Mullins (Denise) of Debary, Florida, Russell L. Mullins Sr. (Theresa) of Kewanna, grandchildren, Randy Jr., Christopher, Rebecca, Emily, Cassie, Joshua, Jessica, Jacob, Delaney, Lena, Joseph, Ashley, Russell Jr. and Luna. He was also survived by 15 great grandchildren, brother, Ralph Mullins of Rochester, and sisters, Verna Huegel of South Bend, Bessie Bain of Minnesota, Luella Mullins of Kokomo and Jean Caldwell of Minnesota.
He was also preceded in death by sisters, Esther, Zora and Mary.
Services are private with burial at Citizens IOOF Cemetery.
