Loma F. Baker, 98, of Rochester passed away at 7:10 a.m., Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Hickory Creek Healthcare Center in Rochester.
Born on October 14, 1912 in Fulton County near Kewanna, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and H. Madge (Wisely) Urbin. On November 16, 1951 she married Roy M. Baker and he preceded her in death on April 30, 1993.
She was a 1932 Kewanna High School graduate. Loma was a Homemaker and she formerly worked at MosherA�A�?A�?A�s Grocery in Kewanna.
She enjoyed crocheting.
Survivors include her son, Kenneth W. Baker and his wife Ann of Rochester, brother, Gerald Urbin of Fulton, and grandchildren, Christine Baker of Lafayette and Adam Baker of Rochester.
She was also preceded in death by brothers, Wilbur, Everett and Melvin Urbin.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Harrison-Metzger & Rans Funeral Homes, Kewanna Chapel with calling one hour prior to the service. Pastor Jim Dillinger will officiate.
Burial will be at Citizens I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Kewanna.
