Luke C. Huddleston

Luke C. Huddleston, 87, of Royal Center passed away at 2:50 a.m., Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Millers Merry Manor in Logansport.
Born on May 27, 1927 in Silver Point, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Walter and Irene (Jones) Huddleston. On December 10, 1949 he married Mary Martha Lesher.
He was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran.
Luke retired from Exide in Logansport and he was also a farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Martha Huddleston of Royal Center, grandson’s, Jason Huddleston of Royal Center and Jeremy Huddleston of Peru, sister, Jody Wagner of Logansport, brother, Milton Huddleston of Silver Point, TN. and great grandchildren, Camryn and Jaelyn Huddleston.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Dean Huddleston, one daughter, Marilyn Sue Huddleston and brother, Walter Huddleston.
A Celebration of Life Service and Military Rites will be performed at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 2, 2015 at the funeral home.
