Marilyn Jean Curts

Marilyn Jean Curts, 80, of Logansport passed away at 10:55 a.m., Wednesday, September 22, 2010, at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born on February 9, 1930 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Coy and Pauline (Vance) Harding. On July 31, 1955 she married David R. Curts, he survives.
She was a 1949 graduate of Logansport High School.
Marilyn retired from the Logansport Parks Dept and she was also a homemaker. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Royal Center Order of Eastern Star and she enjoyed decorating, crafts and helping people.
Survivors include her husband, David R. Curts, of Logansport, her children, John D. Curts and Richard H. Curts both of Logansport, sister, Janet Cowan of Hawaii, grandchildren, Stephen M. Curts of Arizona and Christopher D. Curts of Marion and daughter in law, Susan Curts of Reding, California.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Marocco Funeral Chapel in Logansport with Pastor Larry DeVos officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, September 24, 2010 at the funeral home
Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
