Marjorie Ellen Osborn

Marjorie Ellen Osborn, 82, of Brooklyn, Michigan went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at Allegiance Health. Born on November 7, 1927 in Royal Center, she was the daughter of Wilbur Ivan and Thelma Madeline (White) Goodrich. Marjorie married Eugene Arthur Osborn on June 12, 1946 in Elizabethtown, KY and he survives. She will be remembered as a kind and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mrs. Osborn attended the Community Bible Church and was a member of the Irish Hills Womenchr(39)s Club. In addition to her husband of 63 years, Mrs. Osborn is survived by one brother: Howard Eugene Goodrich; children: Linda Lou Collins, Lincoln (Linda) Osborn, Pamela Sue (Bruce) Brandley and Cassi Mishel (Dusty) Currie; 13 grandchildren: Misty Collins, Heidi Dorrough, Byron Osborn, Marjorie Osborn, Lincoln Osborn, Aaron Brandley, Nathan Brandley, Page Brandley, Chelsae Currie, Micah Currie, Brady Currie and Maddie Currie; 11 Great Grandchildren: Collin Santos, Callie Santos, Tyler Santos, Jami Dorrough, Anna Grace Osborn, Chase Thomas, Megan Thomas, Mathew Osborn, Reese Brandley and MaKenna Heins. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Harold A. Goodrich. In honor or Mrs. Osborn, memorial donations may be given to the American Lung Association. Envelopes will be available at the Harrison-Metzger & Rans Funeral Home in Royal Center where the family will receive friends on Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 2-6 p.m. A Healing Farewell Service will be on Friday at the funeral home beginning at 10 a.m. with Pastor Art Maloney officiating.
