Graveside Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2008 in the Grass Creek Cemetery for Marvin E. Wills, 73, of Girard, Pennsylvania.A�

He died October 17, 2007 at his home. A memorial service was held Sunday, April 27 at the Daniel R. Edder Funeral Home in Girard.

Born May 22, 1934 in Grass Creek, he was the son of the late Marlie E. and Lela S. (Buchanan) Wills.A� Marvin was a 1952 graduate of Grass Creek High School.A� Following graduation, he was inducted into the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.A� He was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas and was discharged as a SGT E/5.A� He later moved to Logansport where he was an office manager for a trucking company and also worked for Roy-Lan Plastics Mfg. Co., Logansport as plant manager.A� He moved to Girard in 1976 with Brookpark, now Carlisle Mfg., and most recently had been employed by Fairview School District as a bus driver, retiring in 2002.A� During his retirement, he worked as a bus driver for Tutor-Time in Erie, PA.A�

He was a member of the Girard United Methodist Church, a member and past Master of the Kewanna Lodge 546 F & AM, and Fairview American Legion and the Girard American Legion.A� He loved Big 10 basketball, especially the Purdue University Boilermakers.

Survivors include a sister, Eva Hipsher and her husband, Ernest of Albuquerque, New Mexico; a brother, Phillip L. Wills and his wife, Carol J. of Camby, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

Pastor Steven McPeek will be officiating at the graveside service.

Arrangements are being handled by Harrison-Metzger & Rans Funeral Home, Kewanna Chapel.
