Mary T. Scagnoli

Mary T. Scagnoli, 96, of Logansport passed away at 6:30 a.m., Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Miller's Merry Manor.

Born on April 24, 1916 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Egisto and Assunta (Sirotti) Passereni. On April 24, 1937 she married Albert J. Scagnoli and he preceded her in death on April 24, 1975.

She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Rosary Society, Daughters of Isabella and the William Paca Lodge.

Mary was a cook at Polsinelli's Tavern, K of C and the Gourmet Cafeteria where she retired in 1980.

Survivors include her grandson, David Blake of Lafayette, brother in laws, Frank Scagnoli (Kay) and Jack Shinn all of Logansport, sister in laws; Jo Moore (Don), Edith Hildebrandt (Alan), Martha Scagnoli and Julia Baker all of Logansport.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Lou Blake, twin brother, Joe Passerini, brother, Dean Passereni, sister, Lena Mordenti and grandson, Dennis Blake.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, September 22, 2012 at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Michael McKinney officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Marocco- Rans Funeral Chapel.

Burial will be at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
