Michael E. Davis

Michael E. Davis, 70, formerly of Monticello passed away December 31, 2024 at Aperion Care of Peru.  He was born to Eugene M. and Dorothea (Strauch) Davis on June 12, 1954 in Logansport, Indiana. 

He graduated with the Class of 1974 from Lowell High School. He recently was able to attend his 50 year class reunion. Michael attended Ivy Tech College. He worked many years for Monticello Spring Corporation in Monticello. 

Michael lived in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia for about 5 years and then moved back to this area. 

He was affiliated with the Lutheran Churches of Lowell and Logansport. Michael enjoyed donating his time with the Good Fellows organization of Kokomo. He loved watching old movies. 

Michael is preceded in death by his parents Eugene M. Davis and Dorothea (Strauch) Ellars; and sisters: Sherrie Davis and Linda Jeffries. 

He is survived by his brother Randy Davis (Melinda); nieces and nephews: April Little, James Davis, Scott Walker and Emily Walker; and several cousins.

There will be a private service for family at a later date.
