Mildred L. Towe

Mildred L. Towe, 92, of Logansport passed away peacefully at 9:31 a.m., Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Miller’s Merry Manor.
Born on February 3, 1925 in Island, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Lonie and Minnie Bray.
Mildred retired from the Logansport State Hospital where she worked in the laundry department.
She enjoyed taking care of her flowers.
Survivors include her daughter, Paula McIntire of Logansport and son, John Duevalle of Logansport. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.
Mildred was also preceded in death by her husband’s, Paul Spurgeon and John Towe, son, Jerry Spurgeon and granddaughter, Lisa Spurgeon-Gent.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 24, 2017 at Marocco- Rans Funeral Chapel with Kelly Spencer officiating.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
Burial will be at Old Crooked Creek Baptist Cemetery.
