Millicent F. Wootten, 84, of Logansport passed away unexpectedly at 11:46 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2018 at her residence.
Born on December 20, 1933 in Logansport, she was daughter of the late Lawrence and Leona Healey.
She was a Burnettsville High School graduate.
Millicent retired from RBM where she worked for over 40 years.
On March 6, 1954 she married Floyd Wootten. He preceded her in death on May 11, 2009.
Millicent enjoyed mushroom hunting, Nascar races and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Centers (John) of Logansport, son, Dan D. Wootten of Logansport, grandchildren, Phillip Bryant, Millicent Wootten, Natasha Ingle, Marissa Centers, Jack Centers, Johnny Centers, and Tiffany Wootten, brother, Paul Healey of Indianapolis, sister, Madella Gellinger of Logansport, 12 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Kenneth Wootten, James Wootten and Preston Wade Wootten, brothers, Lawrence Healey and Charles Healey and sisters, Naomi Healey and Ruth Healey.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Marocco- Rans Funeral Chapel & Crematory with Pastor Adam Speicher officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
