Patricia Jean (Collins) Hopper

Patricia Jean Collins Hopper, 92 years of age, passed away on Wednesday November 1, 2023, peacefully in her sleep in Indianapolis, IN. 

Pat grew up in Logansport, Indiana with her parents & her 11 brothers & sisters. In her 20's she married, and 5 children were born from this union. For most of her career she was a cook and a homemaker. Later in life she began to enjoy time with her family and friends. She loved shopping, eating out every year for her birthday, holiday celebrations, watching football and enjoyed going to church. Laughing, being sassy, smiling and her love of the Lord were some of her many strong suits. 

She was a devoted Sister, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Great great Grandmother, Aunt and friend. 

She is survived by her son Randy (JoLinda) Hopper of Fortville, her son Monte of Logansport, grandkids Randy (Mary) Hopper Jr. of Lawrence, Daniel (Amy) Hopper of Illinois, Christina (Jason) Chandler of McCordsville, Josh (Lauren) Hopper of Whitestown, her 13 great grandchildren and her 2 great great grandchildren. Her brother Gary Collins of Greenwood, her sisters Doris Griffith of Logansport and Helen Guy of Logansport, several nieces and nephews. 

Proceeded in death by her 2 sons Jeffery Alan Hopper and Brian Keith Hopper, both of her parents and several of her brothers and sisters. 

Services for Patricia and Brian will be at 1:00 P.M., on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory. Marocco Chapel, Logansport.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
