Paul R. Miller

Paul R. Miller, 82, of Royal Center passed away at 7:15 p.m., Sunday, January 19, 2014 at his residence.

Born on November 20, 1931 in Royal Center, he was the son of the late Edward and Flossie (Benson) Miller. On October 19, 1958 he married Wilma Linton, she survives.

He attended Royal Center High School.

Paul was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and he was a former member of the Logansport Eagles and Moose. Paul was a longtime supporter of Cass County Tailwaggers and he was a very proud Cass County 4-H Great Grandfather.

Survivors include his wife, Wilma Miller of Royal Center, son, Jack L. Miller (Pam) of Royal Center, daughter, Margaret Henry (Troy Willis) of Lucerne, daughter in law, Julie Miller of Monticello, grandchildren, Melissa Blickenstaff (Kenith), Jacqueline Sherrill (Brian), Heather Serna (Art), Mandy Fultz, Kelly Clark (Kent), Robert P. Miller and Jesse Miller (Erica). He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by son, Robert D. Miller, brothers, Melvin Miller, Frances Miller, Gene Miller, Louis Miller and sisters, Lilly Bair and Arvella Musselman.

Services will be at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Harrison- Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel with Pastor Larry Phillips officiating.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Thursday.

Burial will be at Kistler Cemetery at a later date due to weather conditions.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice.
