Randy D. Alma, 64, of Royal Center passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born on January 22, 1957 in Logansport, he was the son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Hoover) Alma.
He was a 1975 Pioneer High School graduate.
On June 4, 1977 he married Trena “Jeanie” Drye.
Randy worked at Galbreath Inc. in Winamac for 33 years and was a school bus driver for Pioneer an Logansport School Corporations. Randy was also a lifelong farmer.
He was a member of Bell Center Bible Church. Randy enjoyed farming, fishing and most of all spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Trena “Jeanie” Alma of Royal Center, daughter , Doreen Ehler (David) of Royal Center, son, Jason Alma (Kelsey) of Burnettsville, grandchildren, Thomas Ehler, Ryand Ehler, Kit Gotshall and Kleo Alma, mother in law, Myra Strasser of Burnettsville, sisters in law, Lorie Alma of Royal Center and Tresa Breedlove (Craig) of Royal Center, brothers in law, Thomas “Tad” Drye (Juanita) of Logansport, Tim Drye (Cheri) of Burnettsville and Tracy Drye of Burnettsville and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, Royal Center. Pastor Ed Roller will officiate.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Bell Center Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to Bell Center Bible Church.
