Rebecca Jensen

Rebecca "Becky" Jensen, 84, of Logansport passed away August 18, 2024. She was born in Logansport on January 27, 1940 to the late Austin Hellyer and Helen (Riehle) Hellyer.  

She was a member of the Logansport VFW, American Legion, and Moose Lodge. Rebecca loved to read. She also enjoyed bingo, playing cards, music and dancing.  

Rebecca is survived by two sons: James Boller and wife Rachel of Minnesota, and Kevin King and wife Nina of Florida; two daughters: Kelly (King) Duncan and husband Tim of Brownsburg, and Shannon (Specie) WIlliams and husband Mike of Logansport; three sisters, Karen Douglass of Logansport, Jody Clark of Logansport, and Iva 

Bowen of Kokomo; and 20 grandc(20+) Facebook hildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.  

She is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter Deborah (King) Downham; one grandson Barry Janczewski; three brothers; David Hellyer, Austin (Bud) Hellyer and John Hellyer and four sisters Regina (Sis) Wright, Dollie Lewis, Bonnie McDonald, and Kathy Baker.

 Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 pm on Friday, August 23, 2024 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Morocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport. The service will be held at 4:00 p.m. and will also be available live-stream at www.ransfuneralhomes.com.
