Samantha R. Phifer Clark

Samantha R. Phifer Clark, 48, of Winamac formerly of Kokomo passed away unexpectedly at home.

Born on April 21, 1974 in Winamac, she was the daughter of Steven and Rhonda Nelson.

She was a Shelbyville high school graduate.

Samantha was a formerly employed as a waitress at Poblanos in Winamac.  She enjoyed drawing, coloring, spending time her kids and mostly her granddaughter, Stormi.

Survivors include her husband, Adam Clark, son, Christian Phifer, daughter, Nicole Phifer, step son, Maverick Clark, grandson, Stormi Phifer and nephews, Zach and James Nelson.

She was also preceded in death by her mother, Rhonda Nelson.

Services will be private.
