Shanna Mae "Becky" Young

Shanna Mae “Becky” Young, 54 of Royal Center passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at home surrounded by family.

Born on November 21, 1970 in Winamac, she was the daughter of Loyal and Mary Ann (Bowsher) Good, Jr.

She was a 1989 West Central High School graduate.

Becky was a homemaker who was a proud mom and nana. She enjoyed volunteering at the Special Olympics and spending time with family and friends.

She attended Tippecanoe Christian Church in Pulaski.

Survivors include her husband, Pierre Young of Royal Center, children, Justin Young (Jill) of Royal Center, Noah Young of Winamac and Loren Young of Royal Center, father, Loyal Good, Jr. of Winamac, mother, Mary Ann Good of Michigan, brothers, Jonathan Good (Cindy) of Burnettsville and Courtney Good (Jenna) of Monticello, sister, Dawn Raye Good of Winamac, grandfather, William Bowsher, Michigan, grandchildren, Aubri, Zander and Kourtlyn.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Betty Smith.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 14, 2025.
