Services for Susan Diane Whiteman, 52, of Royal Center will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday October 20, 2007 at Harrison-Metzger Funeral Homes, Royal Center Chapel.
She died Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at the St. Vincentchr(39)s Hospice Center, Indianapolis.
Born March 21, 1955 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late John M. and Joan (Umbarger) Whiteman.
She was a Member of Caley United Methodist Church where she was Baptized April 8, 1956 by Pastor Clyde Walters.
Due to severe birth defects Susan lived with her mother and father in their home in Royal Center for 42-years before moving to Chase Center in Logansport. Susan was loved and taken care of by her devoted parents before their death. Susan was loved by everyone she touched in life.
Surviving are Blood Aunt, Loretta Robertson of West Lafayette, Indiana; Aunts by marriage Loretta Whiteman of Lafayette and Dorothy Whiteman of Monticello and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pastor James Clark will officate at the services. Burial will be in Pro/Indiana Creek Cemetery, Headlee, Indiana.
Friends may call 1 Hour prior to the services at Harrison- Metzger Funeral Homes, Royal Center, Indiana.
