Terry E. Spencer

Terry E. Spencer, 64, of Royal Center passed away at 6:40 a.m., Saturday, May 29, 2010 at St. VincentA�A�?A�?A�s Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born on September 21, 1945 in Logansport, he was the son of the late George and Elda (Kinnaman) Spencer. On February 13, 1965 he married Deitra J. Swisher, she survives.
He was a 1963 Royal Center High School graduate and a U.S. Army veteran.
Terry retired after 38 years from Chrysler in Kokomo.
Terry was a former member of the Royal Center Jaycees, he was an avid golfer, and he enjoyed watching sports on TV. He especially loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Deitra J. Spencer of Royal Center, daughter, Candice J. Spencer-Rogers of Carmel, son, Anthony J. Spencer and wife Heather of Twelve Mile, brothers, Jerry Spencer and wife Susie and Gary Spencer and wife Nancy all of Logansport and grandchildren, Stephanie Goff of Evansville, Alexis Rogers of Carmel, Ethan Spencer and Jacob Spencer both of Twelve Mile.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at Harrison-Metzger & Rans Funeral Homes, Royal Center Chapel.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Kistler Cemetery in Royal Center.
