Kewanna

Timothy “Tim” L. Carlson, 61, of Kewanna passed away unexpectedly at 8:01 p.m., Monday, February 21, 2022 at home.

Born on May 30, 1960 in Logansport, he was the son of the late Larry and Sharon (Corbett) Carlson.

He was a 1978 Kewanna High School graduate.

On July 6, 1985 he married Nancy L. Frasa, she survives.

Tim formerly worked for over 35 years at Dean Foods in Rochester.  He was currently employed at Winamac Coil Spring in Kewanna.

Tim enjoyed spending time with his family and especially chasing his grandson.  He also enjoyed tinkering with his tractor and caring for his livestock in his younger years.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy L. Carlson of Kewanna, children, Danielle Carlson of Kewanna, Matthew Carlson of Star City and Casey Carlson (Heather) of Kewanna, brother, Tedd Carlson (Juli) of Ft. Wayne, sisters, Glenda Urbin (Rex) of Kewanna and Cindy Shayler of North Carolina, grandson, Finn Carlson of Kewanna and mother in law, Dorothy Frasa of Kewanna.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, February 28, 2022 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Metzger Chapel, 123 E. Main St., Kewanna.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Citizens IOOF Cemetery in Kewanna.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Goshen Cancer Center, 200 High Park Ave, Goshen, Indiana 46526.
