Vernon Wall

Vernon Wall, 91, of Logansport formerly of Indianapolis and Nashville, Indiana passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023, surrounded by his family at Chase Center, Logansport.

Born on August 16, 1932, in Danville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Claude and Iva (Fletcher) Wall.

He married his High School sweetheart, Phyllis Jones on November 24, 1951, in Danville, Kentucky.

Vernon was a Tool & Die Maker for Ford Motor Company.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis (Jones) Wall, children, Vernon Walls, Jr. (Teresa) of Texas, Jana Strathman of Indianapolis and Andra Tribbett (Allen) of Royal Center and Margaret Walls (Don), 18 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, brother, Earl Wall (Dixie), good friends, Tony & Barb Soesbe and Janice Hicks.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, sons, David Walls and Steven Walls, daughter in law, Debra Walls, son in law, Paul Strathman, grandson, Darrell Walls and sister, Patti Goodman-Thomas.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Rans Funeral Homes, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center with Pastor Monte Adams officiating.

Visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Graveside Services will be at 3:00 p.m. at Weeping Willow Cemetery in Bean Blossom.
