Vicky L. Wolfe, 69, of Idaville passed away at 6:24 p.m., Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Woodbridge Health Campus.
Born on July 3, 1950 in Winamac, she was the daughter of the late Vere Raymond and Helen Margaret (Plotner) Rogers, Jr.
Vicky was a lifelong homemaker. She also formerly worked in a couple different nursing homes starting in the cafeteria and then as a CNA helping take care of the elderly and disabled. Vicky also worked at Joseph Motors, CDC Center for mentally challenged adults, True Flight and Kewanna Metal Specialties. She enjoyed taking care of people, crocheting, quilting, camping in her younger years, caring for her pets and crafts. Vicky was an avid collector of hummingbird figurines, Ross Moss pattern dishes, porcelain dolls and ruby jewelry.
Survivors include her children, Tina Rausch Connolly (Thomas) of High Point, North Carolina, George Joseph “Joe” Rausch, III of Star City and Anita Rausch Rozzi (Tony) of Idaville, siblings, Vere Raymond “Bud” Rogers (Patricia) of Winamac, Jane Rogers Threlkeld (Chester) of Sheridan, Arkansas and Samuel Rogers of Winamac and grandchildren, Calvin Rausch, Cammi Connolly and Carson Connolly.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center.
Services will follow at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Bell Center Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana and/or the American Diabetes Foundation.
