William "Bill" H. Weaver
June 17, 1934 — January 12, 2018
William H. “Bill” Weaver, 83, of Royal Center passed away peacefully at 1:35 a.m., Friday, January 12, 2018 at Woodbridge Health Campus in Logansport.
Born on June 17, 1934 in Royal Center, he was the son of the late Clarence and Claris (Rogers) Weaver.
He was a 1952 Royal Center High School graduate. Bill was also a U.S. Army veteran.
On March 15, 1957 he married Beverly R. Curry, she survives.
Bill was a lifelong diesel mechanic. He was a member of the Royal Center United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Weaver of Royal Center, daughters, Melinda Callaghan of Logansport and Jennifer Landoll (James) of Springfield, Illinois, sister, Dorothy Garr of Georgia, grandchildren, Renee Gellinger (Robert) of Logansport, Jared Callaghan of Logansport and Justin Landoll of Springfield, Illinois and great grandchildren, Emily, Connor, Ethan and Alyssa Gellinger all of Logansport.
He was also preceded in death by son, Gregory W. Weaver, sister, Marjorie Bohm and brother, Robert Weaver.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel with Pastor Brandon Scott officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday.
Burial with military rites will be performed at Kistler Cemetery, Royal Center.
