Wilma C. Miller, 78, of Royal Center, passed away peacefully at 9:19 a.m., Saturday, August 2, 2014 surrounded by her loving family at her home.
Born on January 2, 1936 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Parker D. and Josephine M. (Shaver) Linton. On October 19, 1958, she married Paul Miller. He preceded her in death January 19, 2014.
She was a 1955 Logansport High School graduate. She also had attended Ivy Tech and Indiana University.
Mrs. Miller formerly was a QMA at Chase Center and she was formerly employed at TM Morris and RBM. Wilma was very active and a longtime supporter of the Cass County Tailwaggers. She was also formerly part of Onesome and Twosome clown duo for several years participating in many parades and festivals.
Survivors include son, Jack L. Miller (Pam), of Royal Center, daughter, Margaret Henry (Troy Willis) of Lucerne and daughter in law, Julie Miller of Monticello. She is also survived by grandchildren, Melissa Blickenstaff (Kenith), Jacqueline Sherrill (Brian), Heather Serna (Art), Mandy Fultz, Kelly Clark (Kent), Robert P. Miller and Jesse Miller (Erica), and 17 great grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by her son, Robert D. Miller.
Services will at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel with Father Dominic Petan officiating.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m., until the time of the service on Tuesday.
Burial will be at Kistler Cemetery, Royal Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center.
